Elvis Presley Early Personal TCB Letterhead and Envelopes - This lot includes an early piece of Elvis Presley's personal TCB letterhead and two envelopes. This stationery was created shortly after the initial design of the now iconic TCB logo. Elvis and Priscilla Presley designed the TCB logo while flying through a storm on the way to a concert, and it went on to become the motto of Elvis and his entourage which he referred to as the "Memphis Mafia". This slogan would go on to be used in some of Elvis' most iconic jewelry, and his private airplane. This stationery is incredibly rare compared to the more common later examples. This particular letterhead is known to have come from the family of Felton Jarvis, Elvis' producer from 1966 to 1977. This stationery is ivory-colored with black TCB logo in the top left corner along with Elvis Presley's name and his address of 3764 Elvis Presley Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee 38116. The lot includes two envelopes which have the matching TCB logo, one of which is sealed. Measurements: letterhead-8.5" x 11", envelopes-9.5" x 4".
