A finely modeled bronze sculpture depicting a Native American man with a spear riding on a horseback. Mounted on a rectangular marble base, unsigned. This is a modern copy of the sculpture The Cheyenne made circa 1900s by Frederic Sackrider Remington. Frederic Remington, 1861 to 1909, was the most successful and famous Western American artist. His works are known for depicting the Western United States in the last quarter of the 19th century and featuring such images as cowboys, American Indians, and the US Cavalry.
