Terence (Publius) Comœdiæ, title in red and black, engraved illustrations, contemporary ink ownership inscriptions to front free endpaper, Cc3 and Qq4 with short tears to fore-edge (Qq4 repaired to verso), not affecting text, occasional light spotting and staining, a few leaves slightly browned, original boards, lacking spine, worn, [Brunet V 723, Graesse VII 61], folio, Urbino, 1736.

⁂ A superb Urbino production dedicated to Cardinal Albini, with the Italian translation by Forteguerri here printed for the first time. According to Graesse, the engravings in this edition are more accurate than those reproduced by Dacier in 1723.
