Page numeration is by leaf rather than by page. Much of the heraldry up to leaf 43 was colored in by a previous owner. Ex-libris of Middle Temple Library ink stamps on front and rear blank leaves. Ink initials on title page verso.

Joints previously repaired, minor scuffs and wear to calf; hinges tender, repaired damage to title page and preliminary leaves, dampstaining to textblock, color offsetting from hand-coloring, half of rear folding plate lose; good.
