and Pearl Figural Pendant. Antique Continental Renaissance Revival silver pendant depicting a split tail siren or melusine flanked by winged merchildren. Each figure's tail is accented by multi-color enamel work. The central figure's interwoven split tail terminating in a single pearl drop and further accented by an applied bezel set triangular emerald. Upraised arms of siren carry a bezel set red faceted gem, most probably a garnet. A single blue faceted gem to bail. Apparently unmarked. Total approx. weight is 0.42 troy oz (gross). From a Pleasantville, NY estate. Dimensions: pendant measures approx. 1.675" w x 2" h.
