盤敞口，斜腹收平底，矮圈足，露胎。通體施青釉，釉面潤澤溫雅。盤心飾一朵盛開蓮花，四周飾纏枝紋，花紋清晰，濃淡相間，紋樣層次具極佳視覺效果。整器胎質堅密，釉質潤瑩亮澤，色調雅致大方，秀氣和諧。
印花工藝在耀州窯瓷器生產中使用較早，也較廣泛。在進行印花拍打胎體時，可使胎體更加勻薄、緻密及立體，呈現豐富紋樣。
