Condition
The canvas has been wax lined. There are some very minor surface abrasions and craquelure evident throughout the composition. Under UV lamp; there is some retouching to the sitter's face and around the eyes, chin, neck and hair. The shadows on both arms have been strengthened. There is retouching scattered throughout the background.
