Condition
Pine and cherry secondary woods.
Overall fine condition. Retains a fairly even color and patina throughout, though the top is slightly lighter in color. The case retains an early, if not original patina and surface, while the top and inside of the top has been refinished. Age splits to the veneer on the case sides. Old scuffs, marks and scratches consistent with age and use. Few minor losses to the beaded edge along the case bottom. Swing leg was likely previously detached from the arm, but was restored using pegs, likely an early repair.
