Pair of Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Alum Red Porcelain Bowls On Carved Hardwood Stand. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in red base color which contrast against white fine color, depicted of sturdy bamboo tree with fresh foliage. This inadvertently gave texture, energy, and shading to the design. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double blue rings lines. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
