CHAUMET: EMERALD AND DIAMOND CUFF BRACELET, CIRCA 1935-40
The hinged openwork bangle embellished with voluminous scroll motifs, set with two graduated rows of step-cut emeralds at the centre, the shoulders pavé-set with old brilliant-cut diamonds, maker's mark, French assay marks, internal diameter 5.5cm

Set in untested yellow metal with white metal to the diamond settings. French assay marks indicated gold of mixed fineness. Overall good condition with some tarnish/discolouration to the scrolls and some light surface wear. Diamonds good quality, emeralds bright, lively and medium blueish green. Under 10x magnification a couple of minor chips to the emeralds seen but not visible when worn.
