KUTCHINSKY: GEM-SET GOLD BOW NECKLACE, 1965
The articulated foxtail-link chain, set at intervals with circular-cut emeralds, rubies and sapphires, asymmetrically applied on one side with a similarly-set ribbon bow, terminating in heart-shaped finials, set with brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 carat gold, maker's mark Kld, London hallmark, length 38.0cm, accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Kutchinsky, dated 1st March 1969

In good condition for age. Diamonds of good commercial quality, estimated approx. 0.30 carat total. Sapphires, rubies and emeralds bright, lively and with good transparency, a few with typical inclusions, the emeralds with surface reaching inclusions. Clasp works and is secure. The centre ruby-set section of the bow has become detached from the rest of the bow at one end, but this is not visible when worn and does not compromise the stability of the necklace. 73.5 grams.
