The auction featuring items from the Saul Brandman Foundation. Sculpture in carved wood fabrication, made by the Hemba tribe. Region of origin: Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa. This sculpture depicts a Janus-form figural, with a female figural on the front and a male figural on the back. The sculpture itself measures eleven and one-half inches tall byfive inches wide by four inches deep, and the base measures one-quarter of an inch tall by four inches wide by five inches deep. H:11.5in(29.2cm) W:5in(12.7cm)
