Antique 14kt Old Mine Cut Diamond Ring, Sz. 5, 1800's-1910 is the estimate of it's age. It has three diamonds set down the center in 14kt white gold. These are old cut with irregular cut and table. They are each appx 2mm across - they vary slightly. Estimate carat weight is a minimum of .05 ctw for a total carat weight of appx. .15 ctw. Carat weight might be sightly higher as in the setting the stones cannot be measured exactly and they are round-ish but given the irregular cut, could be slightly oval. You cannot see that without magnification. his is mostly yellow gold set in a pointed design down the finger that is appx. 7/8" and .75" across the figner. Engraved design. The cut of the stones being as they are, this would date it likely to the late 1800's and very early 1900's at the latest. It is marked 14kt and tested. Weight is appx. 2.47 grams. Very good condition - no wear in the markings on the ring other than light wear. Amazing condition for its age. The bandappx. 1.9mm at top shoulders and tapers to appx. 1.3mm at the back of the finger with some decorative accent at the top. Not signed by the maker. (INV.W.12321.11X SS6294 J LD 12/30/21).
