Signed Weller Sicard Pillow Vase, curved handles and scalloped top, floral design on iridescent background, crazing throughout, Stamped Weller/34, 6"H x 9.5"W. Made by Jacques Sicard who worked for Weller from 1901-1907. He brought his secret, sought after technique from France and did not pass it to Weller when he left the company.
