c. 1872 "History of the Eight-Hour Law," Printed Presidential Campaign Tract for "Grant and Wilson Its Faithful Supporters," Choice Very Fine.
Original published Campaign Imprint about the Eight Hour Law. It has four pages, on two separate page leaves, measuring 6" x 9". Titled, "The Republican Party's Fidelity to the Interests of Labor: History of the Eight Hour Law." First page is "Grant and Wilson Its Faithful Supporters" and the second page reads, "The Republican Candidate for Vice President on the Eight Hour Law." This pamphlet was used as a Campaign piece for the Republican ticket of Ulysses S. Grant and Henry Wilson during the 1872 election. In nice condition, with minor edge and small tears, scarce.
