Mexico: viuda de Bernardo Calderón, [1644] An early edition (possibly the first) of an allegorical work by the Bishop of Puebla, more often seen in later European editions from 1645 onward. Features a half-title, undated title page with 1644 license on verso, and other preliminaries dated through September 1644. The main body of text is followed by a table of contents, and a 6-page index with a brief errata appended.
