Circa 1800; Hagerstown, Maryland. George Woltz (1744-1813) painted sheet metal moon phase dial marked "George Woltz Hager's Town" fat top bonnet with column supports, case with reeded corners, stringer inlay and cupids bow shaped apron, on bracket feet, 88 in. H., 19 in. W., 10 in. D.

Condition

Face with heavy craquelure but paint appears to be original. Two small cracks in front panel, clock works have bot been tested, age wear, scratches to case
