Featured in this lot is this Salvation Army porcelain enamel advertising sign originating from the 1950-1960's. The sign features the distinctive red and white shield with white lettering. The front of the sign is marked "The Salvation Army" across the face of the piece. The sign shows porcelain enamel construction over a metal base with numerous mounting holes. The condition of this porcelain enamel sign is fair with some oxidation denoting some age and shows some wear to the porcelain enamel surrounding the connecting holes but otherwise shows fair overall condition. The measurements of this sign is 33" x 27 1/2".
