Breast Star, 72 mm, in Silver, with typical rays, finely painted centre medallion within white enameled outer circlet with inscription, the reverse with concave counter-medallion and broad pin struck with the "KELAIDES" mark and two hooks, in the original, dark blue case of issue with the Virgin embossed in gold on the lid and the maker`s mark of Kelaides, Athens, printed on the inner cushion. A very rare group of this order instituted in 1948 and awarded to noble, high-ranking ladies for exceptional humanitarian merits, extremely fine condition. I RR!
