This is a large wax standing pelican, measures 11.5 in. Ht. 6.5 in. W Appears to have been originally a candle. Wear to finish and surface of wax. Hunters use a wax figural to remove feathers ( difficult to pluck) from waterfowl and other types of game birds. For every pound of wax, 8-12 ducks can be de plucked.
