20th century folk art carved wooden miniature model of the Lake Champlain Yacht Club which stood on Burlington's waterfront from 1887-1944, handcrafted in 1988 by Frederick A. Brice Sr. (1917-1988) of Burlington, Vermont, with polychrome paint decorated elements, finely detailed balcony and balustrades 20" x 25" x 17.5" -in overall excellent condition
