This Edwardian-era ring features a synthetic ruby of the time period that measures approximately 20 mm x 10 mm with a natural round, faceted diamond in the center.  The ring is US size 4.75. This is a stamped and electronically tested synthetic ruby and natural diamond ring.  This is a preowned estate item in excellent condition.
