Large vintaged framed oil on canvas panel landscape painting of mother and her little daughter walking along the wooded path. Signed in lower left corner, "C.H. Shearer. Dated 1883. Marked in pencil on panel verso with artist name and date. Framed in gold and black gilded wood frame. Picture measures 29 1/4" h x 23 5/8" w. Framed measures 37 1/2" h x 30" w x 1 3/4" d.

Some paint craquelure and wear mostly visible in the upper mid margin. Good condition with wear commensurate with age and use.
