French blue-grey painted boiserie trumeau panel in the Louis XV taste, 19th century, having an oil on canvas courting scene above a mirrored plate contained within a foliate frame, apparently unmarked. Pleasing distressed finish, some dryness cracks, some loss of silvering to plate, possible later painted canvas with some overpaint and craquelure, evidence of previous worming (inactive), frame is structurally sound.
