Pierre Francois Mathis de Beaulieu, with the Paris town and charge marks for 1776-7, with the monkey's head discharge mark for 1775-81 and the clasped hands for 1781-83 and two later import marks
Oval section, the top of the cover with a diamond-set patera on a matted ground within white enamel beads and a navy translucent enamel band, the sides with straight and garland diamond-set bands on a matted ground, separated by gun-metal grey translucent enamel bordered with similar white and navy enamel bands, height 12.3cm, weight 72gms.
