The offered lot was custom made by Avery Rennick for the Modernist Architect, Peter Munselle. Rennick was famous for developing the legendary Sunset Strip in Los Angeles as well as designing furniture for actors and luminaries such as John Wayne and Norton Simon.

Overall good condition. Some surface abrasions, small scattered white marks, small scratches and minute nicks to wood, consistent with use. Upholstery is not original. Chair would benefit from being repholstered.
