The second largest accompanied by a note inscribed: Old Iroquois wooden spoon - possibly the one purchased at Grand River Ontario Canada from Mrs. Jim Hill made by old man Thomas Davis - he nearly 100 yrs old when he died. Bought 6/24/26. See catalogue. RHR - 2/16/44
The third largest accompanied by a tag inscribed: Iroquois 6/24/26 Lower Cayuga? / Catherine Johnson Gr*** River

Each in good historic condition with scratches, scuffs, some dust accumulation and a couple with residue from long-term storage in tissue paper. The bird-form ladle with a hide wrapping (soiled) and with nicks/abrasions/losses on one side/end of the bowl (affected area about 2in x 3/4in. The second largest is dry, with a few nicks about the bowl. The example with the longest handle with an approximately 1/4in-long nick to the bowl and an approximately 3in long crack extending from the nick into the bowl.
