This great looking Victorian hairwork brooch was made with two women's hair a Ms. J. W. Matson and her mother in 1875.? The pin was brought into the US presumably by Matson in 1884.? Lovely mix of blond and brunette hair that has been braided and woven forming this interesting brooch in a bow shape.? Brooch measures 2" long.? Will come to you in the box shown from Conard?& Jones in West Grove, PA and is c1920.
