Extremely rare Special Order 6000, this exact lure is pictured on page 226 of Smith’s The “Special” World of Creek Chub Lures and page 121 of Creek Chub Lures & Collectibles. Factory finish of white with a black back, black spots and red tack eyes, condition is about VG+ with moderate wear, common factory imperfections, belly hook marks, a few flakes and tiny flecks along age lines. Possibly one of a kind, we are unaware of another.
