Dump bin, chassis, trucks and couplers have rust. 4. 625 Gulf Tank Car. Dome, hand rails, ladders, trucks and couplers intact. Metal parts have rust. Decals gone one side and damaged the other. 5. 631 T & P green plastic finish gondola. Missing 3 steps, chips in bottom edges of sides.
