This is an original etching and aquatint by American artist J. Jay McVicker. The title is: Tropical Wash Day, this was created and printed in 1946. Pencil signed by the artist and also signed and dated in the plate. The image measures 8 1/4X15 1/4 inches. Richly printed on a medium weight wove type paper. Very fine condition. A student of Ella Jack and Doel Reed at Oklahoma State University. he joined the faculty and remained in in Stillwater OK for the rest of his life..
