R. Greenwood Penny (19th C.) "Temple of Isis, Philae," Egypt, watercolor, 1876, signed, titled and dated. Framed. Size: 13.5'' x 9.75'', 34 x 25 cm (sight); 23.5'' x 18'', 60 x 46 cm (frame). Together with: 3 Italian Carnival Costume Drawings, C. 1914.Figures dressed as ancient Egyptian gods, pencil and watercolor on cut-out paper, applied to cardboard, each annotated: "Carnevale 1914." Provenance: Colasanti Casa D'aste, Roma, Nov. 21, 2018, Lot 68. Size: 12.5'' x 6.8'' x '' (32 x 17 x cm).
