TEXTILES: Eight ladies accessories, late 18th-19th C., all embroidered or beaded, details include: largest a purse with beaded floral design, reads at center "E.A.W./ Boston/ 1834", fringed sides; Asian themed folding purse with phoenix/ duck design and brass dragon clasp in high relief, wear to leather-bound edges; brown sash with floral embroidery; small beaded purse in pink and white; red felt patch with cream embroidery reading "1775", wear and loss to border; and three purses with intricate embroidery of ducks, rooster, lily pads, etc., toning and loss, all pieces with wear consistent with age and use including toning, bead loss, loose threads, shattering of interior lining, etc., all sold as found, largest: 8" h. x 8" w. (not including cord strap).
