Belle Epoque patinated gilt spelter bust statue sculpture depicting the head and torso of a mustachioed French sailor wearing a striped sailor vest, beret and a ring on his pinky finger, holding a cigar in his left hand and a telescope in his right. 17" H x 9" W x 8" D.
