Marked with a 3 letter stylized monogram of FHB inside a box. Although, not her usual mark, this cool piece is attributed to Frances Holmes Boothby who was a graduate of Iowa State College. She was an art teacher in public schools in Waverly, Iowa & New Orleans and a jewelry instructor in Troy, NY and Vermont.
