Description
Three diminutive fret carved mirrors, 18th century, comprising a Queen Anne walnut example, a Chippendale mahogany example and a parcel gilt mahogany example with applied carved giltwood decoration.
Dimensions:height of largest 21 1/2in; width 13in.
Provenance:From a Bucks County Estate.

Condition
With minor marks, wear, shrinkage, movement to veneers and small losses. Losses to silvering on glass. The Queen Anne example retaining an old dry alligatored surface. There is a loss to the upper right carved ear of the mirror. The Chippendale example with gilded elements retaining an old surface, but with refreshed gilding.
