Chair: 31.5" H x 33.5" W x 35" D; Seat height: 16"
Ottoman: 16" H x 26.5" W x 21" D

Condition

Very good condition. Light wear throughout, consistent with age and use. Minor creasing to the leather and small areas where the leather has become scuffed and have been in-filled with color. Occasional minor surface abrasions throughout frame.
