11.22.22--In my opinion regarding LOT 1086- the print is hinged at the top with some sort of adhesive, it is a bit puckered/wavy along the line of adhesion, the sheet appears to have been trimmed along all edges, part of the pencil title located at lower left is cut off and the sheet has irregular edges, thus making the margin measurement very approximate, margin: approx 1.75 to 2”, the sheet is toned and shows some areas of spotting and discoloration, there are no observed rips or tears, the outer mat is further discolored with dark staining along egdes, particularly at back, I am not a print expert, please let me know if I may assist further
