11.29.22-LOT 1464- the metal appears intact with some patination, small scattered and typical imperfections and light denting, the beveled mirror plate is held on a lip at the bottom, and then surrounded by teeth around the rear frame, it seems have slipped so there is a gap at top between mirror and frame, this could likely easily be corrected, there are two open holes for securing to wall at top as pictured, the beveled mirror plate is free of chips or cracks, with a noted small/very tiny area of silver loss at top edge
