Approximately 825 postage stamps and corresponding ephemera relating to Gone with the Wind, comprising seven intact U.S. Postal Service 100-count sheets of the 1986 issue Margaret Mitchell stamp, with U.S.P.S. 'First Day of Issue' ceremony program signed by Butterfly McQueen and the designer of the stamp, Ron Adair; approximately 60 stamped 'First Day of Issue' commemorative cachet envelopes celebrating the 1985 Vivien Leigh UK 31 pence stamp, the 1986 Margaret Mitchell USA 1 cent stamp, the 1990 Gone with the Wind USA 25 cent stamp, the 1997 'Barbie as Scarlett O'Hara' USA 32 cent stamp, and the 1998 Gone with the Wind USA 32 cent stamp, variously signed by Olivia de Havilland, Cammie King, Ann Rutherford, Fred Crane, Marjorie Reynolds, and Arthur Tovey; and approximately 25 international stamps from the United Arab Emirates, Niger, and Mali.
