Stamped WW 900 and inscribed Rj inside the cover; additional hallmarks on the underside, including WW MADE IN AUSTRIA WIENER WERK STATTE 900. Height 2 3/8 inches, width 2 1/2 inches, depth 3 1/4 inches.

appears to be in generally good condition; one of the bottom corners, however, has been dented and is slightly pushed in; there is a barely perceptible small linear fracture line to the enamel area, located just above the figure's forehead, in the hat area; not blacklighted but the enameling appears to be original and not altered; the hinge appears to be in good working condition; the interior is nice and clean; no apparent artist initials on the portrait; the interior rim of the box is further stamped 900 and with a caduceus symbol
