All items must be picked up by confirmed online appointment on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10th  or  SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17th.

Appointments will be required to pick up any items.

Any items not picked up by DECEMBER 17th will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for the item(s) to be transported to the auction-house for the fee of $50 per item. NO EXCEPTIONS!

- ALL ITEMS ARE SHOWN "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" at the auction-house or on the property.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT LIFT/LOAD/TRANSPORT ANY ITEMS INTO VEHICLES.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT PHYSICALLY ASSIST WITH REMOVING LOTS FROM THE PROPERTY.
- ANY ITEM AFFIXED TO THE HOME IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE/REMOVE (chandeliers, doors, appliances, etc).
