He quickly learned that the art world full of what he called "crooked dealers and joke gallerys" as he painted this saying many many times. He just felt under appreciated as artists tend to do... but with Benny's wide range of mediums... he chose to express his thoughts on a sign. IT AINT FUNNY WHEN YOU SAY YOU HAVE NO MONEY. I SAY NO MONEY NO HONEY BUZZ OFF! can you imagine some punk dealer or collector coming to Benny's house wanting to buy art but saying they dont have much to spend and they need a deal! This is Benny telling the world that he has no time for that. Bless him as he truly battled the real world of art and non exceptance until after your dead. Benny we love you and we all wish you were here to see your paintings going sky high! You and Ron can drink your Bud Lite togehter again and watch them roll!
