Description
A lot of early American pressed glassware dating back to the first half of the 20th century. A total of 10 items including a footed cande bowl, a serving bowl, a compote centerpiece, four footed sugar bowls without lids, and three large cut glass bowls. Patterns: Butterfly and Berry Marigold by Fenton, Fashion Marigold by Imperial. Carnival glass is moulded or pressed glass to which an iridescent surface shimmer has been applied. The term was adopted by collectors in the 1950s as items of it were sometimes given as prizes at carnivals and fairgrounds. Collectible EAPG Carnival Pressed Glass Dinnerware And Decor Items.
