A Lot of two items - One, an abstract oil painting on masonite by Leonardo Nierman. The Painting is housed in a custom frame and is signed "Nierman" in the lower left of the work. En verso is handwritten the word "Dream", which presumably is the title of the painting. The Second item in the lot is a monograph, a book that has art plates by the artist (the painting is not included in the book), and bears a personal attribute/inscription in the first pages to "Nolin Levine", and includes plates of art and writings by the artist. The Binding has separated, but all pages are in good condition. The Painting is in overall very good condition. The Frame is in good condition, with some scuffing and chipping on the surface. There is some evidence of water damage in the matte area - however, the painting has been unaffected. The Painting measures 23 5/8" x 31 1/2". The Frame measures 30 3/4" x 38 3/4".
