Description
Another great rarity! Railroad insulators for telegraph poles were made by the millions, but a select few railroads ever had them made with the railroad name on them. Canadian Pacific, Baltimore and Ohio, and Pennsylvania are the most well known. In the early years of the railroad, the Minneapolis St Paul and Sault Ste Marie (Soo Line) had ceramic insulators made with SOO cast into them. There are only about a dozen of these known nationwide, and we are honored to be able to offer this one to you! Uber-rare and impossible to obtain. Small casting error to the left of the SOO on the top of the insulator. Very slight wear on the bottom, and fully intact with no cracks. Get this now—you probably will never have another opportunity!
