Description
Two small 18th c. porcelain figurines, attributed to Meissen. 1st item: Cries de Paris "Poultry Plucker" figure of a man plucking feathers from a hen, with basket of feathers to his side. Partial blue underglaze mark to back of base and illegible faded blue mark to underside. 2nd item: Salt cellar in form of a woman holding a basket. Illegible, faded blue mark to underside. Both approximately 5 1/2'H. German, circa 1750.

Condition
Male subject in excellent condition; possible loss to tip of apron string on back. Loss to tip of female subject's apron and losses to tips of leaves on base; professional restoration to some tiny chips/losses on back of dress.
