Signed "Stevens" lower right corner. Label en verso for Binders Art Center of the South, Atlanta, GA. Housed in a contemporary coral-colored frame with matching mat under glass. Sight: 9 1/2" H x 13 1/2" W. Framed: 17" H x 20 1/4" W. 2nd item: Small horizontal watercolor painting, suggesting an abstract mountain landscape, rendered with shades of pink, red, orange, blue, grey, and brown. Signed and dated "Stevens 55" lower right. Housed in a contemporary giltwood frame with a beige mat under glass. Sight: 5 1/2" H x 17" W. Framed: 11 1/4" H x 23" W.

1st item: Light toning to edges of painting, grime to mat under glass. Not examined outside of frame 2nd item: Toning and foxing spots, especially to perimeter of work, slight waviness to paper. Both frames with light wear.
