Frank Webb (b 1927) American, Watercolor. Depicting a church with trees in the background. Frank Webb is known for town-landscape and marine paintings. He has been self employed as an artist since 1958. He has taught hundreds of painting seminars, worldwide and in fifty states. A dolphin fellow of the American Watercolor Society, Webb is a vice president and chairman of membership. He has served numerous times on the jury of selection and the jury of awards.
