Royal Vienna Austria hand painted porcelain portrait plate in period frame, late 19th century. Plate with a cobalt blue ground to the edge, gilt decoration to the edge with raised roses. Raised gilt dots to the center edge. Hand painted image of a woman to the center, artist signed "F. Tenner" to the lower edge. Within an ornate gilt wood frame. Vienna beehive mark to the backside of the plate, as well as title "Eglantine."
